THE POSSIBILITY OF LOSS.

Anything that can be replaced need not been bordered about, if it seems lost or will be lost.

Does life go on without any ache? If it does, are we not living in deception? And if the aches are real, why must they be real?

What is the truth about life as a whole when the one you love most is actually seen as the source of one’s anguish and trouble; troubles that are sometimes derived from the way you think she/he should behave towards you, should commitment be involved.

So many times our opinion about God falls in this line of thinking; “ if God loves me I should live a trouble free life” and the moment we open our mouth, heart and mind to utter some form of words (prayer) in a designed standard that varies from man to man seen as leaders most especially in the Christian environment, our confidence or the assurance of protection and provision is guaranteed but on the contrary we say “my sin has fished me out as God is not happy with me”. That’s even for one ready to take the blame for his shortcomings while others who believe they are perfect will begin to doubt God’s integrity on the ability to fully protect.

Was man actually made to gain at all times as only few celebrate their loss because any one who is seen doing this should naturally not be normal. This reminds me of the time I only needed to pass two courses to graduate from the university but only to discover I failed the two courses at my final calculation. Then I got to church later in the evening for bible study, on my knees and my hands raised up, I said “ thank you God”. Those around thought I had a testimony but the truth is that I surely do have testimonies in that line because I understood the law of gaining is to lose.

Our pains comes from our expectations, we and the people around us expect situations and the conditions that only encourages pleasure and so there is no reality of the possibility of loss. Holding on too tightly to what we have. That’s why you need to encourage and toughen your spirit against the beliefs that afflict even the most powerful.

Think about this…, it will take you far from struggle and pain into peace so perfect like the innocent air that blows in the cool of the day.

I love you but the good Lord loves you more than I do.
